Custom Cable Assemblies
Today’s complex Audio, Video and Broadcast infrastructure often required tailored cable solutions to get the most out of our investment, and EMG offers that solution. Our custom cable division offers custom builds on every type of connector we carry and if we don’t stock it we will get it for you.

Custom Power Distribution
Quality, reliability, performance and safety are the core values of the EMG power division. We are an ETL listed fabrication house and can create both UL50e listed enclosures and UL1640 listed power distribution products.
With the ability to do the complete design, development and fabrication of the entire product line in house we can easily create custom solutions instead of using pre templated designs, allowing you to get a power product that does exactly what you need!
Along with just custom layouts we offer voltage changeover, voltage conversion transformer solutions and fixed installation and new construction designs. When you need to discuss your next power project call upon EMG to deliver the best product money can buy.
Custom Metalwork
EMG was built on the foundation of custom metalwork. We offer one of the largest in house and vertically integrated metal shops in the industry, featuring punching, machining, laser cutting, forming, finishing, anodizing, powder coating and engraving. Our own assembly division calls upon this metal shop to create thousands of one off solutions annually to meet customer designed power and infrastructure products.
We offer quick turn semi-custom template options thru ground up engineered solutions. Our vast industry and product knowledge can help you design the perfect product for your OEM or DIY requirement.
Custom Snakes, Splitters & Multiwire
In this section of customization you will find what we call interfacing technology. EMG is here to solve the problems facing todays sound, video and broadcast professionals by creating or fortifying your existing network of gear into a cohesive, reliable, and harmonious collection that works for you, your clients and sub-contractors.
